BAD Poster - M-Lon
Title: SUAVe
For this BAD poster I travelled back to Los Caracas Beach in Venezuela, not being a surfer I’ve always linked the practice with the feeling of being "SUAVE"—smooth. Using a few visual codes, I anchor the artwork in a specific geography, yet the fragmented text encourages a broader connection. By disrupting and reassembling familiar elements, I invite the viewer to navigate their own sense of place and freedom, connecting the gap between my two homes: Australia and Venezuela.
Elements linked to Playa Los Caracas: topography, latitude, longitude and the average time surfing a wave.
