We are a not for profit, inclusive community organisation engaging individuals, companies and industries across Brookvale to create a vibrant and future-ready arts, entertainment and industry precinct.

OUR VISION

Our vision is for Brookvale Arts District to be a 24-hour arts, industry and entertainment destination of global significance. BAD will be a creative/tech fusion hub that is an exemplar of industrial urban renewal, where innovation runs rampant, live music is a mainstay and ‘rules’ broken to allow new industries to emerge, new ideas to surface and underground culture to get its start.

THe mission

In creating the best possible and most valuable Brookvale we can imagine, we are strategically aligned with NSW Government’s future transport planning, housing, employment and 24-hour economy strategies, as well as National Arts Policy.

This means we are driving regeneration and infrastructure improvements including streetscape, parking, lighting, pedestrian safety and transport, as well as cutting red tape that prevents business growth, innovation and entertainment, at the same time supporting employment and mentoring opportunities, generating festivals and events, and increasing visitor numbers.
