Still using the original French pastry recipe, developed over 20 years ago by the original and passionate owner Eric, The Brooky Pie remains an icon of the Northern Beaches. In fact, they believe so strongly in Eric's secret recipe that they haven't fundamentally changed a thing. Their philosophy is to keep it simple and keep it real - and why change things, having won 17 medals in the last 3 year’s - including awards for pies, cakes and being family friendly - The Brooky Pie just works!
