Fuel Cafe was one of the first really cool cafe's to don Brookvale shores, pumping out delicious coffee, juices, smoothies and deli style Israeli bagels by day. Fuel by Night later opened, and is when the cafe menu transforms to Israeli Tapas - a culinery delight that has to be experienced to be believed.
